 <li>Policy Details: Customers can access a comprehensive overview of their policies, including the number of policies held, their respective statuses, and premium details.</li>
 
 <li>Update Policy Details: Clients have the ability to submit requests for any changes to their policy, which will be processed upon approval from the head office.</li>
 
 <li>Funds’ Performance Details: Customers can view historical performance data on various funds, enabling informed financial decisions.</li>
 
 <li>Initiating Service Requests: Clients can easily generate service requests related to their policies, enhancing overall efficiency.</li>
 
 <li>View Status of Requests: The application maintains a history of current and past requests, along with updates on pending inquiries.</li>
 
 <li>Setting Up Appointments: Customers can book direct appointments with the Policy Holder Services department by specifying preferred times, modes of contact, and the purpose of the appointment.</li>
 
 <li>Client Correspondence: Clients are able to download necessary documents and forms easily from the portal for submission purposes.</li>
 
 <li>Post a Complaint: The application allows clients to submit complaints regarding service issues or concerns about mis-selling practices.</li>
 
 <li>Orbis Card: For Orbis Card holders, this feature helps locate available discounts tied to the card benefits.</li>
